An Alternative & Practical Approach to Mindfulness

- based on the Chabad approach to Kabbalah -

The Center for Mental imagery Based Stress Management (MiBSM) provides self-management workshops that teach a unique concept of "Living in the Moment."

This alternative and practical approach to mindfulness empowers participants to become their own independent source of self-help inspiration in all that they do.


OUR  VISION :

To create a world of good by first awakening feelings of an inner good within a person, specifically, by "Living in the Moment" and living a life devoid of stress, worry and anxiety - and then reflecting that attitude in everything a person does and with everyone they meet.

OUR  WORKSHOPS :

Mental-imagery Based Stress Management workshops are taught as an 8-class  webinar consisting of 8-video classes and  8-meditation exercises. 

The workshop teaches 6-Steps to "Living in the Moment" & concludes with a  "Final Step" and a single wrap-up "Plenary Session" -  8-classes in all.
