BASED LIFE COACHING (MiBLC)
BASED LIFE COACHING (MiBLC)
WHAT IS A LIFE COACH :
Simply put, a Life Coach is a person who counsels and encourages clients on matters having to do with careers or personal challenges.
WHAT IS MENTAL-IMAGERY BASED LIFE-COACHING :
Mental-Imagery Based Life Coaching (MiBLC) counsels and encourages clients to identify, address and resolve personal challenges by coaching clients how to achieve the meditational ideal by applying the first 4-Steps of the MiBSM technique to their specific issue.
With the approach of Steps 1-4, clients resolve their personal issues primarily by experiencing a present sense of "being":
Step 1: Being Present
* Feel the force of creation propelling you to "be"
* Experience a present sense of being
Step 2: Transcending Time & Space
* Feel propelled to "be" at every moment
* Experience an inner renewal / awakening
Step 3: No more Stress, Worry & Anxiety
* The past is gone, the future has yet to exist
* Feel a present sense of being as an oasis in time
Step 4: Think Good & it will be Good
* Positive thinking propels all good to happen
* The force of creation, a new "Law of Attraction"
HOW DOES MiBLC WORK :
There are 4 components to a Mental-imagery Based LIfe Coaching Program:
MiBLC Skills Training is focused on enhancing clients' capabilities by
teaching them the first 4-Steps of MiBSM
Each client is matched with a Mental-imagery Based Life Coach who
teaches the skills and assigns MiBSM homework exercises for clients
to practice on their own.
In order to cover the first 4-Steps of the MiBSM technique, clients
meet with their Mental-imagery Based Life Coach on a weekly basis,
for approximately one hour, once a week for 4 weeks.
Description : Applying the 4-Steps of MiBSM
MiBLC Individual Counseling is focused on helping clients apply the
MBSM technique to specific challenges in their lives.
Individual counseling takes place once a week and runs concurrently
with the MiBLC Skills Training.
Description : On-the-spot coaching
MiBLC Consistent Coaching is focused on providing clients with
on-the-spot coaching on how to effectively cope with difficult
situations that arise in their everyday lives.
Clients can call, text or email their Mental-imagery Based Life Coach
between sessions to receive direction and encouragement at times
when they need help the most.
